To Shoriful, the theory of two coaches is the same

There was a time when Bangladesh cricket was totally dependent on spin. No
one was regular in the national team except Mashrafe Bin Mortaza. The Tigers' XI was arranged
with one in the country and the highest two pacers outside the country. The golden age of
Taskin-Shoriful-Mustafizur is going on in Bangladesh cricket now. The pacers are bringing one
success after another.
Russell Domingo's team is now playing with three regular fast bowlers in ODIs and Tests. The understanding between the three regular pacers of the team is also very good. Many feel that the urge to make the pacers better comes from the time of former Tigers pace bowling coach Otis Gibson. The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the country's highest governing body for cricket, has appointed another Proteas legend, Alan Donald, after the Gibson chapter.
Emerging left-arm pacer Shoriful Islam of the Tigers' XI has worked with two coaches. Shariful has had the opportunity to work more time with Gibson than Donald. However, the left-arm pacer did not see much difference between Alan Donald and Otis Gibson. The two people's theories seemed almost the same to him. In his commentary,
''The philosophy of the two is the same. I have worked with Gibson for a long time. And I still only played a series after working with Donald. Although Otis Gibson had the opportunity to deal with his own mistakes separately, Shoriful has not yet had that opportunity with Donald. ''It was very good. He worked with me differently. Although I didn't have much time. Hopefully there is a lot to be gained from working with him when the time is 7-8 days apart. ''
